The adjoining large hot tub is perfect for relaxing evening soaks, while pool heating is available as an optional add-on during cooler months.
Private Boat Dock
- Enjoy Lake Travis from Villa Soleil's private deep-water boat dock, complete with an electric boat lift and electric personal watercraft lift. The dock has remained in the water even during severe low-water conditions, including the historic 2013 drought, giving guests exceptional access to the lake while water levels and boating conditions naturally fluctuate.
Private Pickleball & Basketball Court
- Stay active without leaving Villa Soleil with your own private full-size pickleball court and half-court basketball court. Paddles, balls and basketball equipment are provided, making it easy for everyone to join in.
Outdoor Living
- Villa Soleil's expansive outdoor living spaces are designed for gathering, dining and relaxing. The massive covered deck features dining seating for 14 and a double hammock, while the pool-level patio below provides comfortable seating with a sofa, two oversized chairs and a coffee table overlooking the pool. Guests can also enjoy the pool and swim-up bar seating or gather around the gas fire pit.

- There's plenty to keep everyone entertained at Villa Soleil, with an 85-inch Smart TV, Smart TVs throughout the home, pool table, ping-pong, foosball, shuffleboard, cornhole and a double hammock for relaxing under the stars.

Villa Soleil sits near the 27-mile marker, across the lake from the scenic cliffs of Pace Bend Park. Guests can fish directly from the private dock, where Lake Travis is home to largemouth and Guadalupe bass, white bass, catfish and other freshwater species. Spend the day boating, wakeboarding, wakesurfing or tubing on Lake Travis, while other guests can relax and watch the action from the covered boat dock or Villa Soleil's expansive deck.
